NARS Thakoon Koliary

Oh, whatta blue.

Really, though, this is an intense blue with has stolen my heart. So bright, so perfect (and so expensive. Sephora, you and I will have words one day).

Koliary, from NARS' Thakoon collection. PERFECTION.

Two coats, plus Seche Vite. Look at it look at it look at it so pretty want it again. (Stream of consciousness brought to you by Random Illness).

Such a pretty blue.

Zoya Reagan

A quick NOTD today: Zoya Reagan, from their Beach and Surf collection.

I have been lurving Zoya's collection recently (wait until we get more into fall and I show you the Divas and Designers. HOLY SMOKES) and this Reagan is no exception. Its a funky magenta/fuschia hybrid. Love it! And the formula has been pretty amazing so far with Zoya.

What a pretty pinkurple.

Cheers!

Glitter! Sally Hansen Blingtastic

YAY GLITTER.

Yes, it requires all caps. Glitter is THE BEST. A pain to take off, but such a joy to behold. Enter: Sally Hansen Blingtastic from the Gem Crush line. Aqua AND glitter. I'm sold.

 WOOOOO. PARTY.

*Ahem*

So this was 3 coats of Blingtastic, and it could have used another. But honestly, I draw the line at three coats for glitter. If you can't be opaque by then... we  have a problem. But this was pretty close. Make your glitters more dense, manufacturers. I've got places to be (mostly my bed) and I'd like to stop applying coat after coat.

GLITTER!

Orly Paint on Electron

My first magnetic polish! How exciting!

So today we have Orly Paint on Electron form their Magnetic Collection. Did I ever tell you that I love Orly's giant bottles? Really! 18 mL (0.6 fl. oz). That's GIANT. So much polish. I really appreciate their generosity.

ANYHOO, back to this polish.

I love the idea of magnetics. I do, really I do. But I find it very hard in practice. I pretty much touched al my nails with the magnet. But maybe its not too obvious? Maybe? The formula is nice and the 'base' colour is a lovely gun-metal grey shimmer which is cool by itself. The starburst magnet (I think form LCN - its not branded so I'm not sure) does add a little something-something.

I need practice! But I do like it. Maybe I'll pick up some of the Sally Hansen magnetics...

Cheers!
