Julep Nessa

I have a new brand that I haven't reviewed yet: Julep. They are an American brand that I get via mail order. They have quite a nice monthly subscription service. I've been pretty satisfied with the quality, but the latest batch had problem brushes: they were "smooshed". You know, as if the brushes were pushed up against themselves. It made the brushes gigantic and the bristles were sticking out all over the place. It was disappointing, as the colours were quite nice.

Julep Nessa - Shimmery yellow! We all need more yellows. Shame the brush is a wash, the formula is quite nice.
