A simple yet effective mani for you today:
OPI's Red Lights... Where? from their Holland 2012 collection. A bright coral pink/red. The colour is quite intense. The formula... it was so runny. If I wasn't being super careful, it would run over my cuticles. Boo. But the colour was so bright and noticeable. This is with a coat of Seche Vite.
Now, me being me, I couldn't leave well enough alone, so I added a layer of China Glaze Luxe and Lush from their Hunger Games Capitol Colours collection. I think it looks like Chinese New Years!
